Deadlines and currency

We sign contracts with clients that specify the terms of cooperation, delivery times, and transportation costs.

We make transfers to suppliers in USD, EUR, or CNY within 1–3 days. Cargo deliveries start from 5 days!

Every shipment is insured

We insure each shipment fully or partially — at the client’s request. An insurance case includes partial or complete loss of goods during delivery, as well as a delivery delay of more than 90 days. Compensation for the cargo value is calculated based on weight.

As of today, the main part of our team — 12 in-house employees and over 100 verified freelancers — is based in China. This gives us an advantage in the speed and quality of searching for and sourcing the necessary products and equipment in China. Unlike most companies working with China but lacking their own entities in the PRC and relying on freelancers or local representatives, we manage all operations ourselves within the country, which allows us to maintain detailed control over every situation on the ground.

Our specialists are based in Shanghai — both citizens of China and people who have lived in the country for at least 8 years and are fluent in Chinese. Each of them has extensive experience working with Chinese suppliers. On the other side, we have our team in Moscow.
